The main objective of the Trust is to maximise the income of the Trust and to provide funding for the benefit of the Sorghum Industry and in particular, without limiting the generality of the foregoing in any manner whatsoever, for – 

• Sorghum research and development projects in the interest of the Sorghum Industry; and
• The maintenance of information required by the Sorghum Industry.
