Uses
The uses of sorghum include the following:
- Food – can be used to also make bread, couscous, porridges, breakfast cereals, soups and cakes.
- Fodder for cattle, poultry and bird food.
- Alcoholic Beverages – Mainly beer.
- Some sorghum varieties have also been used for baskets, fencing, thatch and brushes.
